What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel your tour 5 months or more before the start date we will give you a full refund less a $300 per person processing fee
Less than 5 months prior, we will give you a full refund less a $300 per person processing fee ONLY if your tour slot can be filled. If your slot cannot be filled, we will provide a 50% refund.
Less than 4 months prior, we will give you a 50% refund ONLY if your tour slot can be filled. If it cannot be filled, there will be no refund

Is the Goolaholiday suitable for solo travellers?
Absolutely! By the end of the first day, you will not feel like you are traveling on your own. This travel experience was created for solo and dual travelers in mind

Generally, the days are busy however we have allowed time and space to explore
The Goolaholiday has been carefully planned to maximize the experience. Please also note that Tim and Jake were fully involved in the planning of the daily routing and activities. Our concierge can assist you in alternating or adding on additional activities, but please note there will be additional charges for additional activities.
